Page builder for Shopify
ShopPress has a drag-and-drop page builder that works like Elementor and Elementor Pro, built for Shopify. You design landing pages, product and collection templates, headers, footers and popups on a live canvas that shows your real theme, then publish them to your online store. No code needed.
Open the editor
- In ShopPress open Page builder (switch the Page builder module on under Modules if you don't see it).
- Choose a starting template or a blank page, give it a title and click Create page.
- Drag widgets from the left panel onto the canvas. Click any element to edit it on the left.
- Save keeps a new version. Publish puts the page live at
https://<your-store>/apps/shoppress/p/<handle>.
The canvas loads your store's theme around the page (header, footer, fonts and colours), so you see the page as customers will. Password-protected stores ask for the storefront password once.
The editor
- Elements panel with icon tiles, categories and search. Drag a widget onto the canvas or into a container.
- Content / Style / Advanced tabs for every element, with collapsible sections and per-device values.
- Containers (flexbox rows and columns, nested to any depth) with a structure picker.
- Inline editing: double-click a heading or text on the canvas and type.
- Navigator (tree of all elements, drag to reorder), History (undo and redo) and Revisions (restore any of the last 20 saved versions).
- Right-click menu: edit, duplicate, copy, paste, paste style, save as template, delete. Copy and paste work between pages.
- Finder (Ctrl+E) to jump to pages, widgets and settings.
- Responsive editing: desktop, tablet and mobile, plus optional widescreen, laptop, tablet extra and mobile extra breakpoints.
- Dark mode for the editor and notes on elements.

Dynamic values: most text, link and image settings can show live store data, such as the product title, price, collection, customer name, cart total, metafields or today's date.
Design tools
- Site settings: global colours and fonts, typography for H1–H6, body and links, buttons, form fields, content width, page transitions, custom fonts (WOFF2 files) and site-wide custom CSS.
- Motion effects: entrance animations, hover effects, sticky elements, scrolling effects (move, fade, blur, rotate, scale), mouse tracking and 3D tilt.
- Display conditions: show an element only to logged-in customers, guests, customers with a tag, a country, a language, a date range or a page type.
- Custom CSS per element, per page and for the whole site.
Theme builder
Design a header, footer, product page, collection page, blog post, 404 page or any other template, then assign it: ShopPress adds it to your theme as a template that you can apply to all items or only to chosen products and collections. You can also export any design as a theme section.
Popups
Build popups with the same editor. Layouts: modal, slide-in, top bar, bottom bar and full screen. Triggers: on page load, after scrolling, when an element scrolls into view, on exit intent, after inactivity, on click or when an ad blocker is found. Rules: which pages, devices, number of page views or visits, where the visitor came from (search, other sites), logged-in customers or guests, a customer tag, a date range and how often to show it.
Forms
The form widget sends submissions to the Submissions list (export as CSV) and can also:
- start a Shopify Flow workflow (for example to send yourself an email)
- add the visitor to your newsletter as a Shopify customer
- send to a webhook, Slack or Discord
- subscribe them in Mailchimp, MailerLite, Kit (ConvertKit), ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Drip or Klaviyo (API keys are stored encrypted and never shown again)
- redirect to a thank-you page
Spam protection, rate limits and checked file uploads (images and PDFs, up to 5 MB) are built in.
Templates, kits and custom widgets
- Templates: save any section or page and reuse it. A Template widget shows a saved template; editing the template updates every page that uses it.
- Kits: export all designs, templates and site settings as one file, and import them on another store.
- Custom widgets: make your own widget with controls (text, rich text, link, image, number, switch, select, colour, repeater), an HTML / Liquid template, CSS and JavaScript.
- Element manager: see where each widget is used and hide widgets you don't need.
Custom code
Custom Liquid, custom widgets and site-wide head / body code only run after you switch on Allow custom code in Site settings. Code written by an AI assistant waits until you approve it.
Build pages with your AI
Every builder feature is also available to your AI assistant through MCP (see Connect your AI). Ask, for example: "create a summer sale landing page with a countdown, three featured products and a newsletter form".
